Scoreboard, tab and boss bar

All in display.yml, only in the lobby worlds:

• Animations: {anim:<name>} shows each frame for a few ticks; the title of the scoreboard and the IP come animated.
• Scoreboard: no red numbers, up to 15 lines, a board per world or permission. If another plugin gives the player its own scoreboard (a minigame), RoodyLobby steps aside and comes back after.
• Tab: header, footer and the player's name in the list (%luckperms_prefix%{player}...). auto = off while the TAB plugin is installed.
• Boss bar: bars one after another, each with its colour, style, time and progress (fixed, countdown or filling).
• Announcements: chat messages every X seconds, in order or at random. auto = off while RoodyChat is installed.

Placeholders: {player} {displayname} {world} {ping} {online} {max-players} {server} {server-number} {date} {time} {coins} {playtime} {visibility} {online:all} {online:<server>} {max:<server>} {status:<server>} and PlaceholderAPI.
