command-whitelist.enabled: true: players can only run and only see in tab-complete the commands listed for their groups, plus default.
Groups are LuckPerms/Vault groups (inherited ones too) or roodychat.group.<id>.
An allowed command also allows its aliases and its plugin:command form (allowing msg allows tell and w if they are the same command).
roodychat.bypass.commands (op) skips it. Changes apply to online players on /roodychat reload.
