A list in announcements.list sent every interval-seconds, in order or at random (order: random), when at least min-players are online.
type: chat, actionbar, title (line 1 title, line 2 subtitle, with fade times) or bossbar (colour, style, seconds) — or several at once: [chat, bossbar].
lines can be one list for everyone or one list per language (en:, es:…): each player gets theirs.
Chat ones can have hover and click; any can have a sound. Limit who gets them with worlds, groups (inherited groups count) and permission.
Placeholders {player}, {online}, {max}, {world}, {prefix} and %PlaceholderAPI%.
/roodychat announce <id> sends one now. Players can turn them off with /chattoggle announcements.
