Upgrading from 1.x

Start 2.0 with your 1.x files: the messages you had changed in messages.yml move to lang/en.yml, config.yml gets its new options, the old files are copied to backup/<date>-messages/ with a MIGRATION.txt, and everything else stays as it was. Commands, permissions and placeholders do not change.

• settings.menu-click-sound is gone: each menu has its own click-sound in menus/ (a changed one is noted in MIGRATION.txt).
