Who we are
Roody (“we”) develops and sells Minecraft server plugins (“the Plugins”) through plugins.roody.es and partner stores such as Tebex or BuiltByBit.
License to use
Buying a Plugin gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on the number of servers stated on your license. You may not redistribute, resell, share, publish, decompile or bypass its licensing.
License keys
Your key is personal. We may suspend or revoke keys involved in leaks, chargebacks or any abuse, without a refund.
Online validation
The Plugins periodically contact licenses.roody.es to check the license. Your server must allow outbound HTTPS; if the license server is unreachable, the Plugin keeps working for a grace period.
Updates and support
Updates are included for as long as the product is maintained. Support is given on Discord within a reasonable time.
Warranty and liability
The Plugins are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Plugin.
