What we process
- Your Discord account when you sign in: ID, username and avatar.
- License data: the key, the product and the contact you gave at checkout.
- Servers using a license: a random install id, IP, port, plugin version and usage times.
- Security logs of validations and sign-ins.
Why
To deliver and protect your licenses, support you and prevent fraud. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where and for how long
It is stored in a cloud database (MongoDB Atlas). Activity logs are deleted automatically after 12 months at most.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a language cookie. Your light/dark theme is stored in your browser. No advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to Discord.
Third parties
Discord handles sign-in, and Tebex or BuiltByBit handle payments; each has its own privacy policy.
