Digital products
The Plugins are digital content delivered instantly. By completing the purchase you agree to immediate delivery and therefore waive the right of withdrawal once the license has been delivered.
When we refund
If a Plugin does not work as described and we cannot fix it within 14 days of your report, we refund you. Write to us with the details of the problem.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first means the license is revoked immediately.
