Freeze / screenshare

/freeze <player> (/ss, /congelar): cannot move (can look around), build, use items or commands (except allowed ones), hit or be hit.

• Their chat is only seen by staff; freezing someone switches your chat to their SS automatically (/ssc to toggle).
• A title every few seconds, optional SS room, alert and console commands if they log out, and they are frozen again when they come back.
• History with /sshistorial <player>.
