Combat logging

Quitting, switching server or being kicked while tagged: the player dies, drops their items, the kill goes to their enemy (it counts for RoodyBounties and statistics), it is announced and logged in desconexiones.log. Server restarts, staff freezes and anti-abuse kicks do not count.
