Effects and requirements

Message, title, action bar, sound and particles when passing, floating particles, console or player commands, and a hologram on top with {jugadores} (players on the target server). Permission, cost (Vault) and cooldown, with a push back if the player cannot pass. With RoodyPvP, players in combat cannot use portals.

Vanilla portals inside do nothing, only admins can build in them, explosions do not affect them and water does not spill.
